Stone to kg chart, 8 to 20 stone
Half stones are included because that is how bathroom scales step and how a weight is usually said out loud — "eleven and a half stone". The pounds column is the same weight in the unit the stone is defined in, so a row can be checked against a scale set to pounds.

Two rows worth knowing: 10 stone is 63.5 kg, and 20 stone is 127.01 kg — the closest any row here comes to a whole number of kilograms, and it is still a decimal. The kilograms to stone converter runs the other way for a weight already in kilograms.
The definition
Why 1 stone is 6.35029 kg
The stone is not an independent unit: it is 14 pounds, and the pound is the unit with the exact definition — 0.45359237 kg since the 1959 international agreement. Multiply one by the other and a stone is 6.35029 kg. That is an exact figure, not a rounded one, and it is why the kilograms column carries decimals.
Worked once: 15 stone is 15 × 14 = 210 lb, and 15 × 6.35029 = 95.25 kg. Search Console shows "15 stone in pounds" as one of the highest-position queries this site gets, which is the same arithmetic read from the other end.
The mixed form
12 st 4 lb, and other weights with two parts
A British weight is usually written as stones and pounds together, and no single field converts that. Add the parts first: 12 st 4 lb is 172 lb, and that total is 78.02 kg. The stone to pounds converter does the first step, and the pounds then go through pounds to kilograms.
Going from kilograms back to stones is the same arithmetic in reverse, and it is where the rounding is most visible: 11.81 stone is 75 kg, which is 11 st 11.3 lb. The kilograms to stone page states that conversion for the values people look up.

Why is the kilograms column never a round number?
Because a stone is 14 × 0.45359237 kg, and that multiplication almost never produces a whole number. 20 stone, the closest row in this table, is 127.01 kg — near enough to 127 to look round and not round at all. A round figure in one unit is a decimal in the other, the same reason a round kilometre is never a round number of miles.
Why should I trust these numbers?
They are computed at build time from the same engine as the converters, whose factors are the defining standards listed on the methodology page. If a row disagreed with a converter, the build would fail rather than publish it.
