US fluid ounces, not Imperial

This page uses the US fluid ounce, which is what recipes, drink cans and bottles in the United States mean by "oz".

The UK Imperial fluid ounce is a slightly different size: 1 Imperial fl oz is about 28.41 mL, while 1 US fl oz is about 29.57 mL. So the same bottle shows a slightly smaller number in Imperial ounces.

Milliliters measure space, not weight. A milliliter of honey and a milliliter of water take up the same room but do not weigh the same.
